大鼠伏核毁损后行为和学习记忆能力的变化

摘    要:
目的观察伏核毁损对精神分裂症模型大鼠的行为和学习记忆能力的影响。方法立体定向电极毁损大鼠伏核 ,观察其刻板行为和社会行为的变化 ,并对刻板行为进行评分 ;运用Morris水迷宫实验测试大鼠伏核毁损前后学习记忆能力的变化。结果伏核毁损组大鼠刻板行为减轻 ,社会行为有所改善 ;伏核毁损对大鼠初期空间记忆能力具有抑制作用 ,而对已获得的记忆影响不大。结论伏核毁损能改善精神分裂症症状 ,对大鼠初期学习记忆能力有一定影响 ,伏核可能是立体定向治疗精神分裂症的有效靶点。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effect on behavior of schizophrenic rats and the effect on learning and memory abilities of rats after nucleus accumbens were damaged. MethodsThe nucleus accumbens were destructed by direct current using stereotactic technique,the social behavior were observed and the stereotyped behavior score were record in phencyclidine(PCP)-induced schizophrenic rats; learning and memory abilities were tested usingMorris water maze.Results Electrolytic lesion of nucleus accumbens showed reduction of stereotyped behavior and movement disorder, electrolytic lesion of nucleus accumbens in water maze showed inhibition on space memory abilities in the early days, remarkable difference compared with sham lesion ( t =7.32, P <0.001). Conclusion Lesion of nucleus accumbens could ameliorate symptom of schizophrenia and had some effect on learning and memory abilities in the early days in rats,nucleus accumbens probably is an operative target in treatment of schizophrenia using modern stereotactic technique.
