| 摘 要： | 目的探讨残胃癌的发病特点及其手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院1986年2月~2004年10月收治的28例残胃癌的临床资料。结果早期残胃癌6例,进展期残胃癌22例,术后5年生存率分别为63.7%和18.4%。行根治性切除15例,非根治性切除9例,两者术后1年、5年生存率分别为100%、35.7%和71.4%、14.3%。结论手术方式应视首次胃重建方式的不同,遵守个体化原则,合理的选择切除范围。施行根治性切除可获得较长的生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric stump cancer(GSC)and the results of surgical management.Methods The clinical data and survival of 28 GSC patients receiving surgical therapy were analyzed in our hospital from Feb.1986 to Oct. 2004.Results The post-operative 1-and 5-year survival rate of 6 cases of early and 22 cases of advanced stage GSC were(63.7%) and(18.4%),respectively.The post-operative 1-and 5-year survival rate of 14 cases of radical and 7 cases of non-radical removal was 100%,(35.7%) and(71.4%),0,respectively.Conclusion The periodic endoscopic examination and rational radical dissection of GSC patients can obtain a longer survival time. |
