阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的观察阿托伐他汀在治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者中的临床疗效。方法 98例确诊为不稳定型心绞痛的患者随机分为两组,治疗组55例,对照组43例。两组患者在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予阿托伐他汀口服,每次20mg,1次/d。8周后观察两组的临床疗效及心电图改变。结果临床疗效方面治疗组有效率90.9%,对照组有效率72.1%,两组有统计学意义,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;心电图疗效方面治疗组有效率81.9%,对照组有效率67.4%,两组有统计学意义,治疗组心电图疗效优于对照组。结论阿托伐他汀在不稳定型心绞痛方法疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris clinical curative effect of. Methods 98 cases of patients were randomly divided into unstable angina patients into two groups, 55 cases in treatment group, 43 cases in the control group. Two groups of patients on the basis of conventional therapy, while the control group was given atorvastatin orally, 20mg each time, once a day. After 8 weeks, observe the change of clinical and ECG of two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of treatment group was 90.9%, the effective rate of control group 72.1%, two groups have statistical significance, the clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group; ECG efficacy in treatment group was 81.9%, the effective rate of control group 67.4%, two groups have statistical significance, ECG curative effect in treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Atorvastatin in patients with unstable angina method is effective, worthy of promotion and application.
