小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的常见并发症分析

目的分析和研究小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的常见并发症及预防措施。方法我们选取2010年2月—2012年2月进行介入治疗的先天性心脏病患儿283例,对其中术后有严重并发症的8例患儿及1例死亡患儿的临床资料进行回顾性的分析与归纳。结果本组病例中,并发症发生率为2.83%,1例患儿在介入治疗6个月后死亡,死亡原因为合并限制型的心肌病,死亡率为0.35%。结论小儿先天性心脏病选择介入治疗是有效的治疗方法,术后及术中并发症的发生机率较低,采取有效的方法进行救治,均可获得痊愈,规范手术操作与术前严格掌控手术适应证,更能降低并发症的发生率及提高手术的成功率。
