40例乡镇医院阑尾炎手术临床分析

目的探讨分析乡镇医院阑尾炎手术的临床治疗方法以及达到的治疗效果。方法抽取该院近一年来接受过阑尾炎手术治疗的患者40例。采用回顾性方法分析40例患者的临床资料,并将40例患者随机分成两组,即对照小组和治疗小组。每小组20例。对对照小组患者给予传统外科手术治疗方法,对治疗小组的患者给予腹腔镜治疗方法,最后对比分析两者所达到的治疗效果。结果所抽取的40例阑尾炎患者在经过两种不同方式治疗之后,均达到了治愈目的,但是两组患者在手术中的出血量、术后并发症、住院时间以及胃肠功能恢复时间上却存在着明显的差异性,其手术的时间不具有统计学意义。结论两种方法对比之下,腹腔镜治疗阑尾炎其具有创伤面积小,且并发症较少的特点,而外科手术治疗过程中还要特别注意阑尾的残端等方面。相比较之下,腹腔镜治疗更占优势,值得在乡镇医院阑尾炎手术中大力的推广。

Conclusion Both methods contrast, laparoscopic treatment of appendicitis its small size with less trauma and fewer complications characteristics, and surgical treatment process but also pay special attention to other aspects of the appendix stump. By comparison, the laparoscopic treatment is more dominant, it is worth appendicitis surgery hospital in the township vigorously promoting.
