急诊昏迷患者迅速分诊与急救处理方法的研究

目的探讨急诊昏迷患者迅速分诊与急救处理的方法。方法选择2010年6月—2012年6月期间该院急诊科救治的昏迷患者160例,对其体征、症状及病史进行分析,同时迅速给予分诊急救。结果本组160例患者中,156例救治成功,死亡4例,救治成功率为97.5%,4例死亡病因为重度颅脑损伤2例,脑干出血1例,尿毒症昏迷1例。结论在进行分诊时,应在各类检查的基础上选择重点,充分把握病情的轻重缓急,并积极的采取处理措施,以此提升救治成功率。

Emergency coma patients quickly points diagnosis and emergency treatment method

Objective To investigate the emergency comatose patients rapid triage and first aid treatment. Methods During the period June 2010 to June 2012, 160 patients of our hospital emergency department for treatment of coma, its signs, symptoms and medical history analysis, speedy triage first aid. Results In the group of 160 patients, 156 cases of successful treatment, 4 patients died, the treatment success rate was 97.5%, 4 deaths cause of severe traumatic brain injury, brain stem bleeding in 1 case, uremic coma. Conclusion When conducting triage should be selected on the basis of the various types of inspections focus fully grasp the priorities of the disease and take positive action, in order to enhance the success rate of treatment.
