心理干预在老年病护理中的应用

目的探讨老年病护理中心理干预的应用效果。方法本次研究选择的对象共100例,均为我院2010年4月—2013年4月收治的老年内科患者,随机按观察组和对照组各50例划分,对照组采用内科常规方案护理,观察组分析心理特点,行针对性干预,回顾比较两组资料。结果观察组护理满意度为98%,对照组为80%,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强老年患者心理护理干预,可显著提高护理质量,保持乐观心理,为疾病康复提供保障。

Application of psyclmlogical intervention in the nursing of the senile diseases

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of the senile diseases. Methods The object of this study were 100 cases, were aged patients in our hospital in 2010 April in Department of internal medicine to 2013 April were randomly, according to the observation group and the Control group with 50 cases in each division, the control group using conventional Department of internal medicine scheme nursing, observation group psychological characteristics, targeted intervention, compared two groups of data review. Results The observation group satisfaction was 98%, 80% in the control group, there was statistical significance between the groups （P〈0.05）. The observation group anxiety, depression degree was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the elderly patients psychological nursing intervention, can significantly improve the quality of nursing, optimistic psychological, providing security for the rehabilitation of disease.
