| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外科手术治疗耐药肺结核的效果及注意事项。方法对2002年5月～2005年12月间收治的82例耐药肺结核手术病人进行回顾分析。结果82例耐药肺结核病人,临床治愈率93.9%(77/82),并发症发生率为8.5%(7/82),术后痰菌阴转率87.8%(72/82),4例持续排菌,均为微量排菌。结论对于耐多药肺结核病人,外科手术治疗是一种主要治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effects and noticed proceeding of surgery treatment of drug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis. Method 82 cases of patients operated on drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis form May 2002 to December 2005 were analyzed. Results The cure rate of 82 cases pulmonary tuberculosis with drug-resistance was 93.9% (77/82). The incidence rate of complication was 8.5% (7/82) and sputum negative conversion rate was 87.8% (72/82) after surgery. 4 cases continued to vent minim zymes. Conclusion Surgery is an effective treatment to drug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients. |
