| 摘 要： | 目的 了解经内镜胆管引流术后引起感染并发症的相关因素并提出对策。方法 随机调查经内镜胆管引流术后患400例,记录并分析发生感染的相关因素,同时提出相应对策;在临床应用2年后再随机调查400例患,并与改进前进行比较。结果 改进组感染并发症的发生率明显低于改进前组。结论 根据调查分析提出的改进措施能有效降低经内镜胆管引流术后的感染率。

| Abstract: | To investigate post - ERCP infective complications and their relative factor, make necessary strategy in order to reduce the infection rate following ERCP. Methods Patients with same range of diseases , ages and therapies were divided into two groups; pre-improving group and improving group. The complication rate of the two groups was evaluated and compared. Results The complication rate of improving group was significantly lower compared with that of pre-improving group. |
