尿微量清蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床意义

目的探讨尿微量清蛋白（mAlb）在糖尿病（DM）肾病早期诊断中的应用。方法用酶法测定血尿素（Un）、肌酐（cr）、葡萄糖（Glu）浓度,用免疫散射比浊法测定尿mAlb浓度,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果DM早期组、DM肾病组与健康对照组比较,尿mAlb浓度明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。DM早期组与DM肾病组尿mAlb异常率较健康对照组高,其异常率分别为94％、100％和0％。结论mAlb是DM肾病早期肾脏损伤的一个灵敏指标。

Clinical implication of urinary micro-protein detection in early diagnosis and progression of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the potential application of urinary micro protein detection in early diagnosis and progression of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The urinary micro-protein of patients with diabetic nephropathy were measured by nephelometry method. The serum Un,Cr and Glu levels of patients with diabetic nephropathy were measured hy enzymatic method. Results The urinary micro-protein of diabetic nephropathy and the early diabetic nephropathy were obviously higher than that of the normal groups （P〈0.01）. The rate of mAlb abnormity of the patients with the urinary micro-protein of diabetic nephropathy and the early diabetic nephropathy were obviously higher than that of the normal group. Conclusion The measurement of urinary micro-protein is an important index of early diagnosis and progression of diabetic nephropathy.
