子宫腺肌病在位、异位内膜组织中VEGF及Flk1的表达

摘    要:
目的:探讨子宫腺肌病患者在位、异位内膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及受体1(Flk-1)的表达情况及其相关性。方法:采用SP法检测98例子宫腺肌病患者在位、异位内膜及44例正常体检者(对照组)子宫内膜组织中的VEGF及Flk-1的表达。结果:子宫腺肌病异位内膜、在位内膜中VEGF、Flk-1蛋白阳性表达与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);VEGF、Flk-1蛋白阳性表达在异位、在位内膜中及各增生期与分泌期比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);VEGF及Flk-1阳性表达在异位、在位内膜中均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:子宫腺肌病患者在位、异位子宫内膜组织中VEGF及Flk-1高表达,二者可能在子宫腺肌病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Flk1 expression in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissues of adenomyosis patients.Methods:VEGF and Flk1 expression were detected by SP assay in 98 adenomyosis cases and 44 healthy controls.Results:There was significant difference in VEGF and Flk1 expression between adenomyosis patients and healthy controls(P<0.01);Expression of VEGF and FLK-1 in both eutopic and ectopic endometrium of the adenomyosis patients were signficant different from those in healthy controls,significant difference in their expression at proliferative and secretory phase were also observed between the two groups(P<0.01).There was correlation between VEGF and FLK-1 positive expression in both eutopic and ectopic endometrium tissues(P<0.05 for both).Conclusions:Higher expression of FLK-1 and VEGF in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of adenomyosis patients may play important role in occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
