国产氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效

目的:分析国产氯吡格雷对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年1月～12月就诊的不稳定型心绞痛患者96例,随机分为观察组47例,对照组49例。对照组患者应用阿司匹林、硝酸甘油、低分子肝素、β受体阻滞剂等基本治疗,观察组在基本治疗的基础上加用国产氯吡格雷治疗。结果:观察组治疗后的血液流变学指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的hs-CPR、TIB、TC、LDL-C、TG显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者心血管事件和不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:国产氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效安全可靠,建议临床推广使用。

Effect of domestic clopidogrel on unstable angina pectoris

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of domestic clopidogrel on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 96 unstable angina pectoris patients admitted from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group(47 cases) and control group(49 cases).Patients in control group were treated by basic treatment including aspirin,low molecular weight heparin,nitroglycerin,beta blockers,etc.Patients in observation group had domestic clopidogrel therapy based on the basic treatment.Results:The blood rheology indexes of observed group were better than that of control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).hs-CPR,TIB,TC,LDL-C,TG in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of cardiovascular events or incidence of side effect between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Domestic clopidogrel was safe and reliable for unstable angina pectoris treatment.It is recommended for clinical use.
