| 摘 要： | 目的:研究海南绞股蓝甲醇提取物对心律失常的作用。方法:分别制作乌头碱、氯化钡和哇巴因引起的心律失常模型;观察其对抗作用。结果:绞股蓝甲醇提取物(SB)能够明显增加引起大鼠室性心律失常的乌头碱用量;显著减少氯化钡所致的双相性室性心律失常的动物个数,明显推迟心律失常的出现时间,综合维持时间,并明显增加引起豚鼠室性心律失常的哇巴因用量。结论:绞股蓝甲醇提取物具有明显的抗心律失常作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate antiarrhythmic effect of the methanol extract of Hainan gynostemma.Methods:Arrhythmic models were established by aconitine,barium chloride and strophanthin G.Antiarrhythmic effect of methanol extract of Hainan gynostemma was observed.Results:Methanol extract of Hainan gynostemma could significantly increase the dosage of aconitine and strophanthin G,significantly decreased number of rats with diphasic ventricular arrhythmia induced by barium chloride,delay the onset time of arrhythythmia and maintenance time of summation.Conclusions:Methanol extract of Hainan gynostemma has obviously antiarrhythmic effect. |
