结直肠腺瘤患者血脂及脂蛋白、血钙、维生素C水平检测的临床意义

目的探讨检测结直肠腺瘤患者血脂及脂蛋白、血钙、维生素C水平的临床意义。方法 结直肠腺瘤患者168例,健康对照组52例,收集清晨静脉血6ml,分别测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、钙及维生素C水平,并根据腺瘤的部位、大小、数量、组织成分、异型增生的情况进行分组,分别比较各组的测定值。结果腺瘤组TC、TG、LDL-C水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C、钙、维生素C水平显著下降(P<0.01)。腺瘤各亚组测定值也有相应改变。相关分析表明,TC、TG、LDL-C与血钙、维生素C水平呈负相关,HDL-C与之呈正相关,血钙与维生素C之间也呈正相关。结论TC、TG、LDL-C与腺瘤的发生及恶变有关,HDL-C、血钙、维生素C对其有抑制作用。

The clinical significance of blood lipid and lipoprotein,calcium,vitaminC determination in patients with colorectal adenomatous

Objective To explore the clinical significance of blood lipid and lipoprotein, calcium and vitaminC in patients with colorectal adenomatous . Methods The vein blood of 168 patients with colorectal adenomatous , 52 health persons were collected in the morning. The lvevls of TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,calcium and vitaminC of serum were tested separately. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C of serum in patients with colorectal adenomatous were much lower than control group(P<0. 01), the levels of HDL-C,calcium, vitaminC of serum were much higher (P<0. 01). TC,TG,LDL-C of serum was negatively correlated with calcium, vitaminC of serum, HDL-C of serum was positioteiy correlated. Conclusion TC, TG,LDL-C of serum can promote occurring and deteriorating in colorectal adenomatous , but HDL-C,calcium,vitaminC of serum has inhibition effect.
