医院护理管理者绩效考核评价表的设计

摘    要:为了客观、全面、方便地考核护理管理者的工作绩效,建立护理管理者的绩效评价体系,追踪观察以了解护理管理者的绩效。根据绩效评价理论,并结合医院护理管理者的工作职责,设计了护理管理者绩效考核评价表,确立了护理管理者的考核指标,即部门业务指标,管理责任指标,个人能力指标和个人综合素质评价。
