传染病防治卫生监督现状调查研究

目的通过对卫生监督机构依据传染病防治相关法律法规实施卫生行政处罚情况进行分析,反映传染病防治卫生监督的现状和问题,明确传染病防治监督工作重点。方法对各级卫生监督机构报告至省卫生监督机构信息网络直报系统中的传染病监督处罚信息进行统计分析。结果卫生监督机构依据传染病防治相关法律法规实施行政处罚的单位主要为医疗机构、消毒产品经营单位。违法事实主要为违反《医疗废物管理条例》、《消毒管理办法》的规定。结论医疗废物处置的监管仍是传染病防治卫生监督工作的重点。加大对消毒产品经营单位的卫生监督,规范消毒产品经营市场不容忽视。
