兔VX2肝癌模型的改良制作及其生长特性

目的：探讨兔VX2肝癌模型的改良种植方式，并分析该肿瘤的生长特性。方法：将30只新西兰白兔随机分为3组，每组10只。再将瘤块组织经剖腹途径植入肝脏。观察肿瘤7、14、21、28、35天时的体积（B超测），并计算肿瘤生长率，大体及镜下（光镜）痛组形态特征以及VX2移植性肝癌的CT影像特征。结果：2～3周生长最旺盛，其体积迅速增大，进行实验研究时，不宜太晚。一般不超过4周为宜，以免因肿瘤坏死和转移影响实验结果。结论：改良的肿增种植方式是建立兔肝癌模型的可靠方式，该模型是肝癌的基础及临床的理想动物模型。

Modified method and growing features of VX2 carcinoma in rabbit liver

Objective:To explore a modified method of establishing rabbit VX2 liver tumor transplanted model,and to analyze the characteristic of the growth of tumor. Methods:30 white rabbits of new zealand were divided into 3 groups at random,10 for each group. A piece of tumor tissue was implanted into the liver.and The observation included the volume of tumor in different periods (by ultrasonography) and calculating the growth rate of tumor,the biological features of tumor (histopathology),and the CT features of tumor.Results:The tumors grew fast from 2 to 3 weeks,it should not pass 4 weeks in order to keep neoplasm necrosis and diversion away from influencing experimental result. Conclusion:The modified method of establishing rabbit VX2 liver tumor transplanted model is the reliable way to establish rabbit VX2 liver tumor transplanted model
