| 摘 要： | 目的研究男性不育与染色体异常的关系,为临床治疗提供理论根据。方法采外周血细胞染色体培养,G显带分析（必要时加做C带）,对闽南地区803例男性不育患者进行染色体核型分析。结果检出异常核型182例（包括Y染色体多态性）占全部被检者22.67%。主要涉及到染色体数目、结构异常,性反转、增加、缺失、易位、倒位及多态性等。结论：男性不育患者进行染色体检查对不育夫妇的诊断和治疗提供指导性依据,对生殖医学、优生优育起到重要意义,染色体异常是导致男性不育的主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：To Study the relationships between male infertility and chromosomal abnormality,providing theoretical evidence for clinical treatment.Methods：Chromosome analysis of 803 male patients were conducted by peripheral blood lymphocyte culture,G-band techniques and C-band techniques.Results：182 cases of abnormal karyotype were found,including 22.67% of Y-Chromosome polymorphism,chromosome numerical abnormality,chromosome Structural abnomalities,sex reversal,chromosome gain,chromosome elimination,chromosome translocation,chromosome inversion and chromosome polymorphism.Conclusion：Chromosome examination to male infertility can aid at the diagnosis and treatment of infer couples.Chromosomal abnormality plays an important role in male infertility. |
