超声诊断双胎妊娠的临床价值

目的探讨超声检测双胎妊娠的发育及异常儿的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对我院近四年79942例胎儿进行检查。结果双胎妊娠345例，单卵单绒毛膜双胎32例，其中双胎输血综合征6例，胎儿畸形14例（双胎均畸形4例），死胎17例（双死胎7例，其中双胎输血综合征胎死宫内4例），早产儿103例。结论超声诊断双胎妊娠直观、诊断率高，对临床诊断和及时处理异常胎儿有较大的实用意义。

Clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in bigeminal pregnancy

Objective： To explore the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in development and abnormity of bigeminal pregnancy. Methods ： 79942 fetuses were examined by applying color Doppler echocardiography in our hospital over a four - year period. Results ： 345 bigeminal pregnancies were identified. 32 cases were monochorial twins, 6 cases were found of twin to twin transfusion syndromes, 14 cases of fetal anomalies were found （4 cases for both abnormalities）, 17 cases of dead fetus were found （7 cases for both dead fetus and 4 cases of which for twin to twin transfusion syndromes）, 89 cases were premature delivery. Conclusions ： For its direct method and high diagnosis ratio, it is an important and practical way for clinical diagnosis and timely treatment of abnormal fetus.
