| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的康复护理方法。方法脑卒中吞咽障碍患者42例,入院后分成两组:观察组21例,采用留置胃管常规护理及吞咽功能训练;对照组21例,按留置胃管常规护理。观察两组患者吞咽障碍改善情况。结果观察组21例患者中18例有效,总有效率达85．7％,对照组7例患者有效,有效率为33．3％,两组患者之间有显著差异(P<0．01)。结论吞咽功能训练对改善脑卒中患者吞咽障碍有明显效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 42 inpatients after stroke with dysphagia were divided into two groups after admission. 21 patients in the observation group were given common nursing methods with gastric canal and rehabilitation training. 21 patients in the control group were given common nursing methods with gastric canal only. The improvement of dysphagia of patients in two groups was observed. Results 18 of 21 patients in the observation group showed effectiveness, and the over-all efficiency was 85.7%. 7 of 21 patients in the control group showed effectiveness, and the over-all efficiency was 33.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion Rehabilitation training has significant effect on post-stroke patients with dysphagia. |
