美国医德教育对我国高校医德教育的启示

当前，我国大部分高校医德教育还不尽如人意，效果欠佳。在探讨其原因的基础上，我们可以引进和借鉴美国高校医德教育一些行之有效的做法（注重人文教育；重视实践教学；设立专门德育辅导机构；建立合理评价制度），结合自身特点采取对策，完善我国高校的医德教育；一要注重医德教育的人文价值取向；二要创新医德教育方法；三要加强师资队伍建设；四要建立科学的评价机制。
