纤维结肠镜临床应用10年体会

本文统计了我院１０年间３７２１例纤维结肠镜（下称内镜）检查。于初期采用＂无ｘ线引导内镜检查术＂，近年来对部分病人采用＂单人操作内镜检查＂，其进至盲肠的成功率为９７．４３％。内镜观察并取材活检，提示１８种大肠病变，其诊断率为９９．６８％。对大肠隆起性病变，内镜检查并取材活检可明确诊断。对大肠血管性病变和肝病并门静脉高压所致大肠粘膜充血性改变的诊断为影象学检查所不及。本组１９８例大肠息肉于内镜下高频电凝切除，３８例微波烧灼，均治愈。

THE OBSERVATION ON CLINICAL PERFORMANCE OF COLONOFIBERSCOPE DURING THE LAST TEN YEARS

During the last ten Years,colonofiberscopic examination was performed on 3721 patients with colonic diseases in our department.At the initial stage,colonoscopic examination was done without the help of x-ray;and the present stage the colonoscopic examination was done by a single person in recent few years.The succesful rat of the colonoscopy to attend the cecum was97. 43%.With the help of biopsy,18 kinds of different colonic diseases were detected and the diagnosis rate was 99.68%.Especially for elevated diseases of large intestine,colonoscopy examination and biopsy can correctly diagnosis.This diagnostic method is better than image examination for vascular diseases of large intestine and the change of congestive mucous from portal vein hypertension of liver diseases.This paper reported 198 patients with polyps of large intestine which were removed with high-frequency electricied current under the endoscopy,and 38 ones were burned by microwave.
