国际学院学生骨科临床教学方法的探索

首都医科大学国际学院，旨在培养国外留学生，提高国际影响力，全力成为一所国内一流、国际知名的医科大学。为做好国际学院学生的临床教学工作，骨科带教教师努力创新，在教学与实践当中探寻新型适应国际留学生的教学方法。其中包括应用国内外学生一对一培养、探索教学方法，细化教学目标，充分利用PBL教学法以及多边互动教学法，结合多边互动教学法的应用，同时注重在综合运用这些方法的同时也提高教师自身业务水平和素质，在实践教学工作中取得了良好效果。因而探索一系列创新但缜密的新型教学方法在国际学院学生的骨科临床实习阶段取得了很好的教学成果。

Exploration of Clinical Teaching Methods of Students in Orthopedic in International College

Make the clinical teaching work of students in international college done well. Orthopedic teaching teachers should make great efforts to innovate and explore new methods which are adapt to international students in the process of teaching and practice including Chinese and international students one-one study mode, problem-based learning and multiple interaction teaching mode, We should refine teaching objectives and emphasize com- prehensive practice as well as improve teachers＇ own professional level and quality. Good teaching results can be achieved in practice teaching work.
