| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对隐睾的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对54例经手术证实的隐睾患者超声及临床资料进行分析。结果腹股沟型隐睾34例(63%),阴囊上部型隐睾10例(18.5%),腹腔型隐睾3例(5.56%),超声对隐睾的定位与手术符合率87%(47/54)。结论超声可作为隐睾辅助检查的首选方法,具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the applied and clinical value of ultrasonography in diagosing cryptorchidism.Methods The clinical data of 54 cases of cryptorchidism patients proved by operationswere reviewed.Results 34 cases(63%) of cryptorchidism were on inguinal canal,10cases(18.5%)beyond scrotal,3 cases (5.56%) on abdominal.The rate of operational and diagnosed accurately by ultrasonography was 87%(47/54).Conclusion Ultrasonography can be the first auxiliary method to check cryptorchidism,it has important clin... |
