宫颈癌根治术中卵巢移位术的意义

目的:探讨卵巢移位术在宫颈癌根治术中的意义。方法:对我院住院的60例早期宫颈癌患者行根治术,其中27例在宫颈癌根治术中行卵巢移位术(15例术后辅助放疗);比较患者于术前月经第7～10天及术后1月、6月、1年时血FSH、LH、E2变化情况;术后1年随访更年期症状。结果:卵巢移位术组术后E2高于切除双卵巢组,FSH低于切除双卵巢组,与术前比较E2下降一半,FSH则上升1倍;放疗可使卵巢功能达绝经水平,但于放疗结束后4～10月恢复。结论:宫颈癌根治术中行卵巢移位术能保持卵巢功能,放疗对移位卵巢有暂时性损害。

The meaning of ovarian transposition and vaginal reconstruction in radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer

Objective:To evaluate the meaning of ovarian transposition in cervical cancer.Methods:27 cases with early cervical cancer were underwent ovarian transposition and radical hysterectomy,the ovary functions were assessed respectively in different time point(preoperation,and postoperation 1 month,6 months and 1 year).The patients were follow up about climacteric syndromes after operation.The deep of vaginal was assessed respectively preoperation and 6 months postoperation.Results:The level of FSH in ovarian transposition group was lower than control group,The level of E2 was higher than that of control group,but was lower than that of preoperation.Ovarian functions of ovarian transposition group can recovered in 4~10 months after postoperation radiotherapy.Conclusions:Ovarian transposition can protect ovary function.
