| Abstract: | Liver diseases is closely related to acute and chronic hepatic injuries caused by all kinds of factors. Inflammation and immunoregulation play crucial roles in the development and progression of liver diseases. IL 10 is a substaintial anti-inflam- mation regulating factor, participating in the physiological and pathological regulation in varied diseases, influencing various kinds of liver diseases to some extent. |
