医护一体化模式用于青少年脊柱侧弯手术的效果评价

目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式应用于青少年脊柱侧弯矫形手术的效果。方法:60例青少年脊柱侧弯患者随机均分为干预组和对照组。对照组实施手术室常规护理,干预组给予医护一体化护理。比较两组患者术中唤醒质量、唤醒时间、术毕体温、术毕拔管时间的变化情况,并比较两组患者护理前后Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分结果。结果:干预组术中唤醒时间和术毕拔管时间短于常规护理组(P0.05),唤醒质量和术毕体温高于常规护理组(P0.05)。干预组实施护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于常规护理组(P0.05)。结论:医护一体化模式能有效提高青少年脊柱侧弯患者术中唤醒质量,减少体温变化,减少拔管时间,改善患者负性情绪。

Effect of all-in-one medical nursing care on patients with adolescent scoliosis surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of all-in-one medical nursing care on patients with adolescent scoliosis surgery. Methods:60 adolescent scoliosis patients 4xttcontrol group was given conventional nursing, and the study group received all-in-one medical nursing care.Wake-up time,wake-up quality in operation, postoperative body temperature and extubation time were compared in two groups,Zung"s self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Zung"s self rating Depression Scale (SDS) were recorded in two groups. Results:Wake-up time and extubation time in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),wake-up quality and postoperative body temperature were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: All-in-one medical nursing care could effectively improve wake-up quality,protect the body temperature,reduce extubation time and improve the negative emotions in patients with adolescent scoliosis surgery.
