炎琥宁、酪酸梭菌活菌散剂对婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎临床效果探讨

摘    要:目的观察炎琥宁、酪酸梭菌活菌散剂对婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效。方法对67例轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床特点、发病机制、辅助检查、治疗方法及治疗效果作回顾性分析。将67例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组34例,对照组33例。治疗组在对照组综合性治疗基础上应用注射用炎琥宁、口服酪酸梭菌活菌散剂治疗。结果治疗组:显效21例,有效10例,总有效率91.2%;对照组:显效15例,有效8例,总有效率69.7%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(x2=4.94,P〈0.05)。结论注射用炎琥宁、口服酪酸梭菌活菌散剂治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效好,均未发现明显不良反应。

Clinical effect of Yanhuning and clostridium butyricum powders in treatment of infants with rotavirus enteritis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of infants with rotavirus enteritis. Methods The clini- cal features, pathogenesis, auxiliary examination and the treatment methods and treatment effects in 67 cases of infants with rotaviius enteritis were retrospectively analyzed. The 67 cases of infants with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divid- ed into 2 groups, the treatment group 34 cases and the control group 33 cases. Based on comprehensive treatment of the control group, the treatment group treated with Yanhuning injection and clostridium hutyricum powders. Results The treatment group:21 cases had marked effect,10 cases effective, total effective rate was 91.2% ;In the control group: 15 cases had marked effect, 8 cases effective, total effective rate was 69. 7%. The curative effect of treatment group was obvi- ously higher than that of control group, compared the two groups had statistical significance ( X2 = 4. 94, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is a good effect to use the Yanhuning injection and clostridium hutyricum powders for infants with rotavirus enteritis ,found no significant adverse reactions.
