| 摘 要： | [目的]研究羊胎素对小鼠免疫功能的影响.[方法]检测各组小鼠机体非特异性和特异性免疫功能指标,观察羊胎素对其影响,并进行比较分析.[结果]羊胎素高、低剂量组胸腺、脾脏指数及单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数均明显提高,脾淋巴细胞转化反应增强,血清溶血素生成值亦提高.[结论]羊胎素具有提高小鼠机体免疫功能的作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the effects of sheep's placental extract on the immunofunction in mice.METHODSThe humoral nonspecific and specific immunity in mice of the each group were determined and (compared,) and the effects of sheep's plancental extract were detected.RESULTSThe sheep's placental extract could significantly increase the phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage of mice, it also obviously enhanced the immune organ weight of mice, and improved the inversion response of splenic lymphocytes.In addition, it could increase the production of serum hemolysin.CONCLUSIONThe sheep's placental extract could improve the immunofunction of the mice. |
