经皮髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

本文报告了经皮髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症３０例，５６个间盘的经验体会。该手术具有创伤轻，出血少，痛苦小，无医源性硬外粘连，不影响脊柱的稳定性等优点。本组穿刺成功率９８．２％，优良率８８．５％。每间盘平均摘除髓核组织１．９ｇ。术前常规做髓核造影。对髓核造影的途径及时机的选择进行了讨论。提出了该手术的适应症，禁忌症与并发症，这一方法为腰椎间盘突出症的治疗开辟了新的途径。

In this study 99.1% of 38 patients 114 Lumbar intervertebral disc in all is yielded puncturing success, of Which, hind -out -side of Lumbar disc are. punctured 30 cases, hind- mid-point 8 cases.Lumbar discography usually showed feature, degree and herniated position of lumdar intervertebral disc protrusion in whole-direcly, Hind -out -sied of Lumbar punctu-ring has been finished with percutaneous Lumbar discectomy in the same time.During infecting discography bale process, resis-tance big and little, injection quantity many and few, original symptom relapse showe very reference value for diagnosis the degree and types of herniated lumbar disc, The topography,types, indication and compilication are discussed.
