| 摘 要： | 本文通过对３０例腰椎间盘突出症３５个椎间盘推拿前后的大小、形态量化分析临床优良率和有效率分别为６０％和８６．７％，还纳成功率１４．３％，形变率８５．７％。作者认为突出椎间盘的还纳和形变都是手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的重要机制，并对还纳和形变的机理进行了讨论。提出椎间隙内负压不是椎间盘还纳复位的原动力，而认为手法产生的推力是使突出椎间盘还纳的重要作用力。

| Abstract: | herniated discs in 30 cases of intervertedral dixc herniation vere analysed quantitatively in size and shape.5 discs(14.3%)were reduced and 30 discs(85.7%)were changed in shape with 18 cases(60%)in excellent or good result and the effective rate was 86.7%.The authors hold that both reduction and shapechanging of herniated disc are inportant mechanism of medical massage treatment for herniated intervertebral disc.The mechanism of reduction and shape-changing were discussed in this article. The authors posed that the negative pressure is not motive force of herniated disc reduction but the transverse thrust produced by manipulation maybe the effort of herniated disc reduction. |
