针刺治疗小儿脑性瘫痪临床观察

本研究４０例收到满意疗效，其中痊愈３例（７．５％），显效２１例（５２．５％），好转１３例（３２．５％），无效３例（７．５％），总有效率为９２．５％。本法针刺大脑皮层功能定位在头皮上划分出相应的投射区，能调节大脑皮层功能，改善和促进脑细胞的代偿作用，从而使临床症状、体征得到改善，配合体针促进肢体局部代谢，改善肢体血液供应，以调节肌张力，解决诸如失足、内收肌紧张等，提高疗效。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment of Child Cerebral Palsy

Among 40 cases in the study, 3 cases were cured (7. 5 %), 21 cases were markedly effective (52.5 % ), 13 cases improved (32. 5 % ) and 3 cases were ineffective (7. 5%). The total effective rate was 92. 5% . Acupuncture was given at the projection areas of localization of conical function on the scalp, which can regulate conical function, improve and promote metabolism of brain cells, so that clinical symptoms and signs were improved. The combination with body acupuncture accelerates local metabolism of the extremities,improves blood supplication of the extremities, so as to regulate muscular dension, overcoming adductor tonicity and other symptoms, and increasing therapeutic effects.
