| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全程护理干预对腰穿患者的影响。方法:将104例腰穿患者随机分为两组,对照组50例进行常规护理,干预组54例进行全程护理干预。结果:干预组患者恐惧及术后头痛、腰痛、压疮发生率均较对照组低。结论:全程护理干预作用显著,临床上应予高度重视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the influence of total nursing intervention on lumber puncture.Methods：104 patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly,50 cases of control group were provided usual care,54 cases of test gourp were received total nursing care.Result：The incidence of fear, postoperative headache, lumbago and bedsore in test group were lower than control group.Conclusion：Total nursing care is clinically significant effects, be highly valued in clinical. |
