| 摘 要： | 目的了解日照地区已婚育龄妇女性生活现状，便于进行生育和避孕节育指导。方法采取整群抽样方式，在2004年1月1日零时对常驻户口在日照市并在户口所在地居住，22—44周岁的13514名已婚育龄妇女，其第一次性生活时间、平均性生活频度、产后性生活恢复时间进行问卷调查。结果18岁以下发生第一次性生活占1．38％（186／13514）；已婚育龄妇女在调查时点前1个月内的平均性生活频度为4．87次，城市妇女4．30次，农村妇女4．85次。妇女年龄越小其平均性生活次数越多；产后1个月开始恢复性生活的占28．70％（3879／13514），产后2个月进行性生活的占46．59％（6296／13514），产后3个月进行性生活的占16．15％（2183／13514）。结论初次性生活多发生在适婚年龄，少数发生在18岁以下年龄，应做好未成年人的性健康教育；产后性生活较早，避孕措施应早落实；随着年龄的增加、生活压力的增大，性生活频度减少。 |
