ABO血型抗原抗体减弱与配血输血的相关研究

目的探讨ABO血型抗原抗体的减弱与配血输血问的关系。方法收集美国FDA有关1976～1985年因输血死亡的328例患者的临床资料，并结合临床实践分析总结其死亡原因。结果输入ABO血型不合血液将引起严重的输血反应，以至于发生死亡事故。结论ABO系统作为第一个用来描述红细胞的血型系统具有重要的临床意义，ABO血型中的天然抗体可以引起具有不配的抗原的红细胞产生迅速地、完全地血管内溶血，因此对输血至关重要。
