胶原酶注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

目的观察胶原酶注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法于2002年8月至2003年8月应用胶原酶注射术，通过骶管法治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例，并对其治疗有效率和副作用进行分析和探讨。结果腰椎间盘突出症患者经过胶原酶注射术治疗后，总有效率达到86％，手术后患者无明显的副作用，术后疼痛加重的患者仅为2例，未发现有明显的术后感染病例。结论胶原酶注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全可靠、疗效肯定的治疗方法。

Therapeutic effect of collangenase injection on lumbar disc herniation

Objectve To observe the therapeutic effect of collangenase injection on lumbar disc herniation .Methods Thirty patients with lumbar disc herniation,from August 2002 to August 2003,were treated by collangenase injection. The clinical efficacy and side effect were observed and anlyzed.Results After treated by collangenase injection,the total effective rate was 86%,without obvious side effect.There were only two cases with pain progression after operation,there was no infective case in the postoperative patients.Conclusion Collangenase injection is an effective and safe method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
