摘    要:目的:调查我院1999-2000年临床分离的1310株病原菌种类及其耐药情况, 为临床用药提供依据。方法:使用法国生物-梅里埃公司的Api微生物鉴定板及ATB微生物药敏卡进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果:1310株病原菌中革兰阴性杆菌占优势(65.5%),其次是革兰阳性球菌(28.0%)。主要病原菌依次是金黄色葡萄球菌(18.2%),其中MRSA占其78%,大肠埃菌(16.0%),铜绿假单胞菌(15.1%),克雷伯氏菌属(11.3%),肠杆菌属(6.0%),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(5.8%),其中MRCNS占其72%,酵母样菌(4.4%),不动杆菌属(4.3%),肠球菌属(2.7%)。病原菌的药敏试验表明:亚胺培南和万古霉素分别为治疗革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌的最佳选药。真菌对目前的抗真菌类抗生素均敏感。其它抗生素对常见病原菌的耐药谱各不相同。结论:我院常见病原菌的耐药率偏高,加强耐药性监测,合理使用抗生素十分重要。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the species of 1310 strains of pathogenic floras isolated from the clinical specimens in our hospital and it's resistance situation in order to provide antibiotic therapy basis for clinic.Methods Flora was identified with Api microbial identification strips,and drug sensitivity tests were performed with ATB microbial drug sensitivity cards(both were produced by Biomerieux Corporation,France).Results Gram negative bacilli were predominant among 1310 strains of pathogenic floras,its proportion was 65.5%,and Gram positive coccus was 28.0%.The infection rates of the main pathogenic floras of Staphylococcus (MRSA was 78%),Escherichia coli,pseudomonas aerutinosa,Klebsiella,Enterobacter,Coagulase negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS was 72%)yeast like fungi,Acinetobacter,Enterococcus were 18.2%,16.0%,15.1%,11.3%,6.0%,5.8%,4.4%,4.3%,2.7%respectively.The results of drug sensitivity tests of pathogenic floras suggested that Imipenem and Vancomycin was the most effective drug against Gram negative bacilli and Gram positive coccus respectively .Fungi were sensitive to the most present antifungal drug.Conclusion Resistant rates of the popular pathogenic floras in our hospital is on the high side,so it is important to strengthen resistance monitoring and apply antibiotics reasonably.
