摘    要:目的 探讨Kr:F准分子激光处理釉质表面后对粘接强度的影响。方法 牙齿釉质面分别经Kr:F激光照射或酸蚀后,与窝沟封闭剂粘接,比较两组的粘接强度。结果 Kr:F激光处理组与酸蚀组粘接强度间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 Kr:F准分子激光替代化学酸蚀法处理釉质表面具临床可行性和独特的优越性。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effects of Kr:F excimer laser irradiation on sealant bonding. Methods Teeth were pretreated with laser or acid etching. The bond strength was measured by the Instron unit and the results were statistically analyzed. Results It demonstrated that the bond strength following laser treatment is comparable to that of acid etching. Conclusion As an aid to retention, Kr:F laser treatment seems to be superior to the acid etching tech nique.
