| 摘 要： | [目的]观察穴位按摩及小茴香腹部热熨对下肢骨折病人术后便秘的影响。[方法]将132例下肢骨折病人随机分为观察组和对照组各66例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上使用穴位按摩及小茴香腹部热熨,观察两组护理效果。[结果]观察组病人的排便时间比对照组少,排便次数比对照组多,且排便症状分级评分低于对照组,护理有效率高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]下肢骨折病人在手术后容易出现便秘,使用穴位按摩及小茴香腹部热熨能够缓解便秘情况。

Nursing Observation on acupoint massage and hot compress abdomen foment on postoperative constipation of lower limb fracture patients |

| Abstract: | To observe the influence of acupoint massage and fennel abdomen hot compress on post-operative constipation of lower limb fracture patients.Methods:A total of 132 cases of patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,66 cases in each group.The patients in control group received the routine nursing,the patients in observation group received routine nursing and acu-point massage and fennel abdomen hot compress.And then the nursing effect was observed between two groups.Results:The defecation time of observation group was less than that of the control group.The defecation times of the observation group were much more than that in control group.And the symptom score of defecation was lower than that of the control group.The effective rate of nursing care was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Patients with postoperative lower limb frac-tures were prone to constipation,and acupoint massage and fennel abdomen foment can relieve constipation. |
