| 摘 要： | 目的：筛选香荷药条的组方剂量。方法：按正交试验设计进行实验，以MIC为指标评价筛选处方。结果：经实验筛选的最佳组方剂量为薄荷脑5mg/ml，冰片0．5mg/ml，醇提取含生药量为2g。结论：以正交试验法优选的香荷条处方具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To select formulation for Xianghe suppository. Methods: Experiments were conducted by orthogonal design and the formulations were evaluated by MIC. Results: The best formulation was composed of 5 mg/ml menthol, 0.5 mg/ml borneol and per 1 ml extraction contains 2 g of dried herb. Conclusion: Xianghe supository prepared by the formulation selected by the study was effective in clinical use. |
