流浪精神病患者入院构成比趋势分析

目的了解流浪精神病患者入院构成比趋势，为临床治疗、康复指导以及医院管理提供理论依据。方法对1996年～2008年在广东省中山市第三人民医院住院的流浪精神病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果中山市第三人民医院1996年～2008年13年间共入院流浪精神病患者1287例次，占入院患者总数的12．94％。入院人次年度构成比由2．88％上升到18．99％，入院构成比与时间序列存在直线关系，其方程为P=-2034．7＋1．0221Y。结论流浪精神病患者入院人数有逐年上升的趋势，应引起各方面的足够重视。

Analyses of admission constituent ratio tendency of wandering mental patients

Objective To understand the admission constituent ratio tendency of wandering mental patients in order to provide theory basis for clinical treatment,rehabilitation guidance and hospital administration. Methods Retrospective analyses of clinical data were conducted in wandering mental patients hospitalized in the Third People's Hospital of Zhongshan City, Guangdong from 1996 to 2008. Results The hospital have received 1287 case-times wandering mental during past 13 years, which accounted for 12.94% of inpatients' sum. Annual constituent ratio of admission person-time rised from 2.88% to 18.98%, admission constituent ratio had straight line relationship to time series,and equation was P=-2034.7+1.0221Y. Conclusion Admission number of wandering mental patients are going up year by year, which should attract all-round sufficient attention.
