中药内服配合西药治疗支气管扩张40例

[目的]探讨用中西医结合的方法治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效。[方法]将70例患者分为两组,对照组30例,采用综合救治措施;治疗组40例,在综合救治措施基础上按中医分型给予中药汤剂。[结果]总有效率分别为90.80%和85.50%。两组总有效率相近,但两组显效率分别为60.30%,32.00%。同时治疗组血气指标改善优于对照组。[结论]对支气管扩张病人,根据辨证施治,可以缩短疗程,提高疗效及显效率。

Chinese Medicines Herbs with Western Medicine in Treating Bronchiectasis 40 cases

[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Integrative treatment of bronchiectasis.[Methods] 70 patients were divided into two groups,control group 30 cases,a comprehensive treatment measures.Treatment group of 40 patients given comprehensive treatment measures on the basis of TCM type of herb decoction.[Results] The total effective rate was 90.8% and 85.5%.The total effective rate close to,but there were markedly effective rate was 60.3%,32%,respectively.Blood gas improvement of the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion] Bronchiectasis patients,according to syndrome differentiation.You can shorten the course of treatment.Improve efficacy and remarkable efficiency.
