| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高效液相法测定羊肝明目片中阿魏酸含量的方法,控制其质量。方法：Agilent C18（4.6mm＊150mm,5）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液（17：83）流速为1ml/min,检测波长为316nm.结果：阿魏酸0.011-0.280μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=58.96701X＋1.46259（r=1.000）,平均回收率为99.92%（RSD=0.182%）重现性RSD=0.737%.结论：本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可作为羊肝明目片中阿魏酸的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a method for the determination of Ferulic acid in yangganmingmupian tablets,to control its quality.Methods：The Agilent ODS column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of Acetonitrile-0.085%Phosphoric acid（17：83）with the flow rate at 1.0ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was at 327nm.Results：the calibration curve was in good linearity over the rang of 0.011-0.280 μg,and the regression equation was Y=58.96701X＋1.46259（r=1.000）.The average recovery was %（RSD=99.92% n=6）;RSD of reproduction was 0.737%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,quick,sensitive,accurate and reproducible and can be used to control the quality of yangganmingmupian tablets. |
