| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤合并凝血功能障碍患者PT、TT、APTT、Fib和D-dimer临床指标检测意义。方法选取我院2008年9月～2010年3月收治的恶性肿瘤合并凝血功能障碍35例患者作为研究组,同期20例非肿瘤患者作为对照组,测定并比较PT、TT、APTT、Fib和D-dimer指标。结果恶性肿瘤合并凝血功能障碍患者的凝血指标PT、TT、APTT和Fib与对照组相比显著升高(P0.05);恶性肿瘤合并凝血功能障碍患者D-dimer水平较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 PT、TT、APTT、Fib和D-dimer联合检测可以用于探索恶性肿瘤患者是否存在凝血功能障碍,为加强临床早期诊断与防治,具有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical indexes meaning of patients with malignant tumor comphcating coagulation disorders. Methods Thirty-five patients with malignant tumor complicating coagulation disorders in our hospital from September 2008 to March 2010 were selected as study group, and 20 patients without tumor at the same time were selected as control group and detected their PT, TT, APTT, Fib and D-dimer. Results PT, TT, APTT, Fib and D-dimer in patients with malignant tumor complicating coagulation disorders were significantly higher than that in control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Association detecting of PT, ＇IF, APTF, Fib and D-dimer could apply to whether patients with malignant tumor happen to coagulation disorders, which benefit to strengthen clinical early diagnosis and prevention and cure with extraordinary important significance. |
