降纤酶对急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗

为探讨降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的近期疗效及对血液流变学的影响，采用随机对照方法，选择急性脑梗死患者100例，治疗组50例给予降纤酶10U静脉滴注，隔日1次，共3次；对照组50例给予复方丹参20mL静脉滴注，连用10天，分别在用药前和用药后14天内观察起效时间、疗效、副作用及血液流变学改变。结果发现，治疗组总有效率90％，明显优于对照组的68％（P＜0．05），起效时间早（P＜0．01），血液流变学指标明显降低（P＜0．01或P＜0．05），仅发现1例出血性脑梗死和4例注射部位有瘀斑。以上提示降纤酶治疗急性及梗死作用迅速，并且有效、安全，值得关注。

Defibrase in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Aim To explore the efficacy of defibrase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the effect of hemorheology. Methods 100 cases with acute cerebra infarction were randomly allocated to two groups: 50 cases in treatment group were given intravenous infusion of defibrase 10 u every other day for 3 times, and 50 cases in control group were given Co-Danshen 20 mL every day for 7 days. Then before and after treatment in 14 days, two groups were observed in time of taking effect, curative effect, side effect and hemorheological change respectively. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68%) (P<0.05), and the time taking effect was earlier (P<0.01). At the same time, indexes of hemorheology were remarkably declined (P<0.01 or P<0.05). There was only 1 case that came about bleeding cerebral infarction. Conclusion Defibrase is efficacious, safe and rapid for the treatment of Acute Cerebra Infarction.
