| 摘 要： | 提出了建立健全乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员在职培训制度的基本框架，构建了贯彻执行在职培训制度的基本机制。对乡镇卫生技术人员在职培训制度的建立对乡镇卫生院工作可能产生的潜在作用和深层次影响进行了讨论。 |
