家庭化综合护理对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的:探讨家庭化综合护理对精神分裂症患者康复的影响.方法:将200例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,研究组入住家庭化康复病室,实施家庭化综合护理措施;对照组入住封闭式病房,给予药物治疗和一般护理及康复活动.两组出院时评定疗效、治疗依从性、意外事件发生情况并进行比较.结果:研究组治愈率17.0%,好转率80%;对照组治愈率7.0%,好转率71.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:家庭化综合护理对精神分裂症患者的康复效果较好,符合人性化护理要求.

Effect of comprehensive family-type nursing care on rehabilitation of patient with schizophrenia

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive family-type nursing care on rehabilitation of patient with schizophrenia.Methods: Two hundred patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group(n=100) and control group(n=100).Patients in study group were arranged in family-type ward and given comprehensive nursing care,and conventional therapy and nursing care were taken in the closed ward.The effective outcome,compliance and the occurrence of accident were compared between the two groups when the patients were discharge from hospital.Results: Curative rate was 17.0% and effective rate was 80% in the study group;in control group,curative rate was 7.0% and effective rate was 71.0%.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive family-type nursing care is very effective in the rehabilitation of patient with schizophrenia.This kind of nursing care meets the demand of nursing care in human nature.
