深低温长期保存兔角膜内皮细胞体外培养的实验研究

摘    要:①目的观察深低温保存后兔角膜内皮细胞的活性。②方法将深低温保存兔角膜与新鲜兔角膜进行内皮细胞体外培养对比观察。③结果在培养7d内,深低温保存的角膜内皮细胞较新鲜角膜内皮细胞滞后1~2d生长,14d以后二者逐渐趋于一致。④结论经深低温长期保存的兔角膜内皮细胞仍保持良好的生长活性

Abstract:Objective To determine the activities of endotheliocytes of cryopreserved rabbit cornea.\ Methods\ The endotheliocytes of both cryopreserved and fresh rabbit cornea were cultured.\ Results\ During first 7 days of cell culture, the growth of endotheliocytes of the cryopreserved cornea delayed 1-2 days compared with that of the fresh cornea. After 14 days of in vitro culture, both cryopreserved and fresh rabbit cornea growed similarly.\ Conclusion\ Endothelial cells of the long term cryopreserved rabbit corneas maintained good activities.
