侧脑室内注射川芎嗪对大鼠肺动脉压的影响

摘    要:
目的 :探讨川芎嗪降低大鼠肺动脉压作用及机制。方法 :以肺动脉压为指标 ,在氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉、三碘季胺酚制动、呼吸机控制呼吸的SD大鼠上观察川芎对大鼠肺动脉压的影响。实验分为五组 ,即川芎嗪组、生理盐水组、心得安 +川芎嗪组、酚妥拉明 +川芎嗪组和阿托品 +川芎嗪组。连续观察 30min肺动脉压曲线变化 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :川芎嗪组给药后大鼠肺动脉压明显降低 ,10~ 15min达最低值 ,与生理盐水组和给药前比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :川芎嗪有明显降低大鼠肺动脉压作用。侧脑室预先注射β -受体阻断剂心得安可部分阻断川芎嗪的降压效应 ,因此 ,川芎嗪降低肺动脉压的作用可能部分由脑内 β -受体所介导。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects and mechanism of TMP on the reduction of pulmonary arterial pressure in rats. Methods With pulmonary arterial pressure as the index, the effects of TMP were observed on the artificially ventilated SD rats anesthesized with urethate and immobilized by gallamine triethiodide.Experiments are divided into five groups, i.e.TMP group, Nomal saline group, propanolol +TMP group, Phentolamine +TMP group and atrioping +TMP group. A 30 minutes' continual observation was made of changes in the curves of pulmonary arterial pressure .Then the data was compared with those of the control group. Results After the injection of TMP. the pulmonary arterial pressure in rats decreased significantly , with the lowest level between 10 to 15 minutes,compared with that of the control group and normal saline group.There were marked differences( P <0.01). Conclusion TMP has a significant effect on the decrease of pulmonary arterial pressure in rats.The intracerebral-ventricular injection ofβ-receptor blocking agents propranolol in advance can partially inhibit the decrease of TMP on pulmonary arterial pressure.Therefore,it is suggested that the effect of TMP on the reduction of pulmonary arterial pressure may be mediated by the intracerebral β-receptor.
