| 摘 要： | 目的探讨未婚女青年异位妊娠发病的相关因素,以探索切实可行的干预措施。方法对成都市第一人民医院妇产科住院的68例未婚女性异位妊娠患者进行性健康知识和发病相关因素的调查。结果未婚女性异位妊娠发病率占该院总异位妊娠的9.03%,发病相关因素有：对性卫生知识和疾病知识缺乏;无防范的婚前性行为导致人工流产;不洁的性生活史、不固定的性伴侣导致不同程度的生殖道感染和性交时过度紧张导致的输卵管痉挛。结论系统性、计划性的对女青年尤其是在校学生进行性观念、性健康知识和相关疾病知识的教育,可降低未婚女性异位妊娠的发病率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore feasible preventive measures by discussing the relevant factors of unmarried women＇s ectopic pregnancy.Methods 68 ectopic pregnancy women were investigated.Results Unmarried women＇ ectopic pregnancy incidence was 9.03%,whose relative factors included lack of sex and disease knowledge,induced abortion resulting from unprotected premarital sex,extramarital sexual intercourses,irregular sex partners leading to chlamydial infection and sexual hypertension leading to salpinx hyperkinesias.Conclusion Systematic and calculated sexual value education,sexual health education and relevant disease knowledge are no time to delay for the unmarried women especially to student. |
